The pork SKEWER with bacon and peppers is made thanks to the manual skills of the operators who make up the various layers of the molds and the technological automatisms that position the toothpicks and cut with maximum precision. In this way, skewers are obtained with a regular appearance and a constant size over time. Each skewer is composed of the alternation of chosen pork, bacon, red and yellow peppers and sausage cabbage at one end. These chosen ingredients make it an aesthetically beautiful product and give it a sweet and soft taste after cooking.
RECIPE: Cook over moderate heat in a pan, baked or barbecue with the addition of a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and flavor to taste with a clove of garlic and rosemary; add a little salt.
