The SALAMELLA Baguette sausage was born from the need to create a practical product to grill and put in the sandwich at parties or summer festivals. In fact, this salamella (without casing) has a narrow and long shape that recalls the classic baguette French. The dough is as same as the classic pork sausage, fine-grained ground. Thanks to modern machinery this dough is extruded, thus maintaining more softness. The SALAMELLA Baguette sausage is packaged in a protective atmosphere in the practical trays of about 350 g, consisting of n. 2 pieces.
RECIPE: The SALAMELLA sausage Baguette is ideal to be grilled and enjoyed hot in a sandwich, but it is also suitable for being browned in a pan with a drop of hot extra virgin olive oil.
