The RUSTIC Skewer is a product made by experienced operators who coarsely cut tender morsels of pork meat, pieces of peppers, slices of fresh pork bacon and place them in molds together with the verzini sausages; then, the special machine, skewers them on the toothpick. Red and yellow peppers are IV range fresh products and help to give the product a touch of characteristic color. Overall, RUSTIC Skewers are a polychrome product and irregular in shape, as "handmade".
RECIPE: Cook over moderate heat in a pan, baked or barbecue with a sprig of rosemary, a clove of garlic, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a little salt.
