VERZINI pork tied sausages is a typical product of the Lombard tradition. They are made only with minced and kneaded pork with a delicate tanning. The natural casing and the binding lead to the realization of a small sausage of about 65 g.
The VERZINI are packaged in trays in a protective atmosphere, in various sizes according to the needs of customers and delivered every day for both the butcher’s counter and for free service and distributed to retailers, wholesalers, platforms, retail.
