SALAMELLE pork string-tied sausage is one of the products of the Effesalumi tradition, made only with minced and kneaded pork with a strong flavour.
Salamelle are stuffed in the classic natural casing, but they can also be wrapped in a vegetable casing, according to customers' requests. The versatility of the vegetable casing gives the possibility to create special pieces, useful for making delicious meat preparations.
RECIPE: The Salamelle are excellent prepared on the grill, but also in the pan or in the oven.
To be consumed cooked, at least 75°C at the heart of the product.
