Quality, food safety and environmental policy

Effesalumi wanted to offer to consumers an interesting alternative to classic pork sausages, without giving up the pleasure of a good barbecue. The owner of Effesalumi company has therefore offered consumers chicken products in "small" packages of 200 grams with a fixed weight, available both in the take-away and free service counters, thus, it allows to reduce the price on the shelf and reduces any waste in the kitchen. Chicken products have also been designed to give a nutritional profile that embraces a wide range of consumers. In fact, the scrupulous selection of the raw material has led to the realization of products only with 100% Italian chicken meat, with ingredients free of preservatives, without lactose and milk derivatives, without allergens and in particular "gluten-free". Do not underestimate the fat content of 7% too, that is, only those naturally present in the chicken leg and the salt content of 1.4%, well below the other products at the same category. It can therefore be said that it is an essential recipe, the result of careful research and development work by Angelo Fumagalli, to offer products with very special characteristics and suitable for many consumers. All these peculiarities, which deserve to be emphasized and enhanced, are communicated to the consumer thanks to an impactful graphic label.

Chicken products have original and eye-catching formats. In fact, thanks to a particular production technology, chicken meat is extruded and stuffed into vegetable casing with a particularly small caliber that gives the products delicious shapes and sizes:

  • The Chicken Dashes and the Chicken Rules are "sticks" with 10 millimeters diameter and 2.5 cm long respectively for a weight of 2.5 g the first and 12.5 cm for a weight of 12.5 g the second.
  • Chicken Tondoli are "balls" of the caliber (diameter) about 20 mm for a weight of 6.5 g.
  • Chicken Sausages are "small salami" weighing about 38 g.

Effesalumi has enhanced that chicken products also focus on packaging. In fact, he decided to use a transparent tray that allows you to view the contents at 360 °; the effect is particularly pleasing to the consumer who can fully view the product at the time of purchase. In addition, the trays are equipped with a mechanical absorption system and divided into two different compartments, in order to give greater stability to the product.
