Both are characterized by pork meat "Origin: Italy", ground with a coarse grain, so as to remember the coarse cut of the meat made 'a knife' as the butcher used to. For the two Punta di Coltello salami, ad hoc recipes have been used, very delicate, slightly perfumed with smoke; for the spicy version, a distinct taste has been created, not invasive, but captivating and appetizing.
To achieve this innovation of flavors, the owner Angelo Fumagalli has carefully selected all the ingredients, strictly allergen-free and, in particular, gluten-free, lactose-free, milk-free.
The two Punte di coltello are bagged in natural (not artificial) casing and tied in such a way as to give the finished products the characteristic horseshoe shape.
After maturing, the salami, both sweet and spicy, weighs about 300 grams.
On sale, the two products have the typical external washed appearance.
When cut, the slice is compact, with an intense red color that of the sweet Punta, and bright red that of the spicy Punta.
