Punta di Coltello sweet and Punta di Coltello spicy are two salamis weighing approximately 260 grams, characterized by the typical "horseshoe" shape, mold-free because they are washed before being vacuum packaged and labelled. It is precisely the iconic "green" (sweet tip) and "red" (spicy tip) labels that make these salamis easily distinguishable on self-service sales counters.
The seasoned Punta di Coltello are 100% Italian products, made with pork meat "Origin: Italy", ground to a coarse grain, so as to remember the coarse cutting of the meat made "with a knife" by the butcher of the past.
The recipes are very delicate, slightly scented with smoke and, for the "spicy" version, a strong, captivating and appetizing, but not invasive, taste has been created that satisfies many palates.
To achieve this flavor innovation, it was necessary to select ad hoc ingredients that were always rigorously allergen-free and, in particular, gluten-free, lactose-free and dairy-free.
