The Chicken GROPPINO sausage is proposed in the classic narrow shape, elongated and stuffed into natural casings like pork sausage.

It is packaged in trays in a protective atmosphere of about 1.5 kg and delivered every day mainly for the butcher counter, but also to wholesalers, platforms, large-scale distribution.
